Tulsa Metro Area · Oklahoma

We are here to help families in crisis.

Rapid-response support for Tulsa-metro families on the edge — gas, groceries, utilities, housing. We work alongside case managers and partner agencies to stabilize families before one hard week becomes something far worse.

Our story

Built for the hardest week.

Tulsa Resource Hub began with a simple belief: no family in our community should fall through the cracks during their hardest week.

We saw how fast one emergency — a shutoff notice, an empty tank, a missed paycheck — can spiral into something far harder to recover from. So we built a way to move quickly: concrete, time-limited help, delivered with dignity, alongside the case managers and agencies already walking with Tulsa families.

What started as a way to help a few neighbors has grown into a network of rapid-response support across the Tulsa metro — and we're just getting started.

How access works

Our services are referral only.

We do not accept walk-ins or direct requests. To access our services, a family must be working with a case manager or partner agency who can submit a referral on their behalf.

If you need help and don’t have a case manager yet, reach out to a local Tulsa community organization first — they can connect with us for you.

What we provide

Five specific kinds of help.

Each one is concrete and time-limited — designed to stop a family from sliding into a deeper crisis.

  1. 01

    Gas Cards

Help with transportation when getting somewhere safe matters most — work, medical appointments, court, treatment.

  2. 02

    Bus Passes

Reliable transit access for families without a vehicle who can’t risk missing the next critical appointment.

  3. 03

    Emergency Grocery Delivery

After-hours and weekend deliveries for when food pantries are closed and the kitchen is empty.

  4. 04

    Utility Disconnection Diversion

Targeted help to keep the lights on, the heat working, and the water running when shutoff notices are imminent.

  5. 05

    Homelessness Diversion Support

Resources to keep families housed and moving forward — short-term assistance designed to interrupt a slide toward losing the home.
